Nodes
The dots on the graph
Each dot represents either a Topic (larger, coloured by cluster) or a Post (smaller, coloured by writing phase). Size = number of connections.

Edges (Links)
The lines connecting nodes
A line between a Post and a Topic means that post covers that topic. Posts connected to the same Topic are thematically related, even if written months apart.
💡 The post "Control the Agent" links to AgenticAI, AIGovernance, and EnterpriseAI — three edges revealing its cross-cluster reach.
Clusters
Groups of related topics
Topics are grouped into 4 clusters: Core AI (strategy & governance), Technical (engineering & models), Domain (retail, martech), and Brand (JK's own frameworks).

Force-Directed Layout
Why nodes move where they do
The graph uses physics simulation — connected nodes attract each other; all nodes repel their neighbours. Heavily-linked topics naturally drift to the centre; isolated posts move to the edges.
💡 AgenticAI sits near the centre because it pulls in posts from every phase. MachineLearning floats to the edge — only one post links to it.
